Here's the hotel wastebasket: Empty.
Later, rather than having "The hotel room, littered with tiny liquor bottles" (as the script says), we'll use an identical wastebasket, now heaped with tiny liquor bottles.
The Grave-Robber Nachos, which Kip orders at The Maison de Macabre. This is the prop (half-done) before we put a small layer of edible chips, cheese, olives and tomatoes on top.
The current cheese, olives and tomatoes you see are all made out of painted caulking.
Here's the bus seats (these will also the back seats in the sightseeing helicopter),
side and front views. Padding and upholstery to come later.
The "coffin-table" for The Maison de Macabre. Still to be added: skeletal arms "pushing"the table top from within. (My daughter, Laurel, is on the right. Her friend Morgan is in the center. Taken the day I completed the main build of this piece, and had begun work on the Grave-Robber Nachos.
